Friendly staff always helps. Worked quickly and efficiently both at collection and drop off. A bit busy area to get to during rush hours...but location has decent parking

At that time and date it was a quick process as I was the only customer. They offered to pick me up which was not necessary, although, a good idea to offer. Also I was allowed to park my car at the branch.

The people I dealt with at brighouse were brilliant. I had a great time dealing with them; it was my first private rental (I rent vans through work) and they made it all very easy and relaxed. Top job from a great team.
