Watch out for 'admin' charges as it cost me £35 on top of the traffic ticket I got for accidentally crossing a bus lane, they take the money off the card details you give them which I was told was for petrol deposit only, every car I get from them always stinks inside, the last one stank of wet, smelly dogs, and the or previous one looked like someone had urinated on the drivers seat (I got that car changed!) staff at the Dewsbury branch were OK generally but the company as a whole needs to be better

Excellent service and did what they said they would do.
My only gripe was that the brake was very tight and caused me to stall on slowing down in heavy traffic and got hit from behind only a mile from my destination and the other poor family's destination.
I was very glad I had taken out the maximum insurance.
In future I will only book an automatic vehicle to avoid a recurrence.
