My husband rented a car for our family trip. We asked for 7 seater car but were offered a very comfortable 9 seater, which was very nice. My husband mentioned staff Inderjeet and Dorio were very friendly and professional - thank you to them both. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and will be using them in the future if needed.
Booked a Luton Van 10days before I needed one, for moving house l, all confirmed, no problem then 17:30 the night before I get a phone call saying they have to cancel my booking because the van is no longer available No compensation, no alternative no apology, nothing House move fell through, now homeless
Appalling customer service. Car refused due to awful stains on the drivers seat which when queried I was told ‘it’s been cleaned’, promised a call back this afternoon regarding a car for a new date, still no call 9 hours later. They clearly don’t need the business.
Good service. First cars brakes were shot to bits and grinding like hell. Rang the guy who leased me the car Raymond who upgraded me free of charge to a sporty corsa. Well impressed. Thanks Enterprise.

Amazing customer service ensured by the team. Femi, Sash and Doreal were awesome! They also have top notch collection of cars in their fleet.
Great customer service. No messing about with stupid vehicle checks. Anything the size of a golf ball is noted. So don't worry about small scratches. Wasn't informed of the one way fee.. slightly annoyed about this.. Should be made clear at start of the hire. Would use again.
From start to finish, excellent customer service. They could not have done anything more for us. The entire team is exceptional, however, special mention for Hannah. She was superb, extremely professional but made you at home all at the same time! A plethora of talents in one gracious human being. I will definitely be using Enterprise Dartford and I hope to see the same team including Hannah! I will be recommending them too! Check out my satisfaction smile below
EXCELLENT. Very friendly and efficient staff. We hired a Luton van for my daughters house move. The van was great and Hannah and her team were brilliant. I would recommend them with no problem.
