Although the vehicle was'nt ready at my booking time. I was kept informed about the progress of it and got a nice coffee while waiting.

I am a regular user and have always found the staff friendly and obliging (even at short notice!) Both cars and vans have been prepared to a very high standard. Even on days where they have been short staffed they have always managed to collect me from home and return me after returning the vehicle.
