We rented a van from the Galashiels location. There were 2 young ladies at the desk when we walked in. We were greeted with warm smiles, professionalism, and eagerness to help. The office was very clean and organized. I have rented many a vehicle but have never had this easy and pleasant experience.nThe van we were presented was a newer van. It had less than 20,000 miles. It was clean and in good working order. The return was easy and painless. We again were greeted with the same professionalism. I would highly recommend and we will use this service again.

Great staff support, extremely efficient. The cars were all immaculate and in great order. Looking forward to our next family trip using Enterprise.

Hired a car at short notice, customer service was fantastic while arranging a hire car. When returning the car, customer service remained fantastic and went above and beyond call of duty. Would highly recommend using these guys

Fantastic service from the folks at Enterprise. Callum in particular was really helpful and got us sorted with a fabulous vehicle for our wedding weekend! Can't recommend enough.
