Don't try calling them 10 minutes before they close as all they do is hang up the phone on you.  Very annoying when you need to speak to someone and really poor customer service.

Vehicle an hour late to pick up.  Staff Emma (I think was her name!) dealt with it and me  extremely efficiently and professionally.  Perfect level of apologising and compensation with reduction of second day.  Was a very busy Monday as well in their office, I really appreciated it.

Friendly staff. Got me what I wanted when I wanted it. Slight downside was I had to wait half hour after the agreed pick up time for my van which put me behind. Other then that it was all good.

picked up my courtacy car from enterprise chippenham walked round the car fo visual inspection of the toyota aigo i had to point out the car had stains on the front back seats and big scuff out of the alloy wheel how he couldnt see the stains after reading reviews tjey didnt even have a hire contract car sounds like its missing or it got a hole in exhaust thank god its only for school run not a pratical size boot space non existant
