Great camper van hire. We hired one of Bathwick's 2017 model VW California Oceans (T6) for a long weekend at end of October - had a really good experience. These are top of the range VW camper vans, well equipped with cycle rack, reversing camera, sat nav and more (glamping on wheels!). It drove well, very powerful so can easily cruise on motorways. We used the pop up bed up top (two middle aged campers) and found it comfortable. Crockery and cutlery supplied, take your own bedding. Heaters used in the evening/first thing in morning warmed up the van quickly, using mains hook up. Might need a water container to fill up the fresh water tank. Friendly and knowledgeable reception staff eased us into this new experience! Would recommend if you're after an up to date camper van experience. We're now looking at buying s/hand motorhome - but we want something with a toilet/washroom, so not this particular model (unfortunately!).

I highly recommend you use this company. I received fantastic customer service; they were highly professional as well as being super friendly and easy to deal with. It was my first time ever hiring a van so I was a little nervous but the whole process could not have been simpler. The van was a brand new VW and was an absolute dream to drive. Very reasonable price and most importantly no hidden extra charges!
