Absolute joke of a place.. Called to book a high top LWB for a Friday afternoon pick up. Was advised would be £75. Called a day later to ask for a Luton van as had more stuff then expecting to move from Leeds and was advised they wouldn't let the Luton travel that far, so I agreed to stick with the LWB van. Turned up on the day and they had the wrong van, was a medium size van and they also said that I shouldn't be £75 and should be more. I explained that I was not told this over the phone and also its the wrong size van. Said I was not happy and then they got cheeky and said that "it's only a verbal agreement and no money has been taken so no contract in place" Couldn't belive it when they spoke to me like that.. and they wouldn't be giving out tye van they had for going to Leeds as its not insured to ho more than 100 miles for breakdown reasons Now I was left with no van and needing to move my girlfriend out her flat in the morning... Absolute joke of a company with zero customer service and attitude Avoid at all cost Thankfully the Lovely lady clare at Arnold Clark in East Kilbride called me back and advised that she has been able to rearrange a booking and I could pick a van up at the end of the day with them.. What an absolute Gem she is..

Don't waste your time. Booked a van for the whole of Saturday 5 days in advance. Went down to collect the van 30 minutes after opening time to be told he's gave our van away to someone else. Told that we were to be there at 9 to collect the van otherwise its given away just like a doctors or dentist appointment. No joke, this is what the guy behind the counter told us. I was not told once at any point about a specific pick up time, but it was made very clear on Saturday it was our fault that the van was now not available. No help whatsoever, horrible customer service. Will not be back or recommending to anyone. Artic Hire in Blantyre were very quick to help and sorted us out with a transit, saving the day.
Best van hire experience. Great choice of vans, which were all new and the prices are great. Hired for 4 hours, you get a good mileage allowance for this time and it's hassle free. Will use again, staff were extremely pleasant and quick. Cheers!
Listen for what you pay the vans are tired but your not hiring them to do a photo shoot,the lads that run the place are polite and friendly so a no brainer..
Van in very poor condition. Warning lights on dash. Exhaust smell in cab. 2nd gear not useable shifting down. Side door wouldn't open. Nearside rear door only held closed when offside door closed and latched together. Chased to get van back to base for 2-3 hours into 4 hour hire.
I use Boulevard often and they are great value, especially the 4 hours hire which is ideal. I don't need a pristine condition new van, I just need to shift stuff, so I don't mind the odd dent on the rear door or cracked bumper - adds to the character. Cheap and cheerful does the job
Av used Boulevard lots of times an the guyz are sound ad recommend them anytime aday spot on an most Van's are new now even tho the old Van's done the job excellent company..Frank swan jnr
Worst van hire experience ever here. Used Boulevard a few times elsewhere Glasgow so I know to expect well-used vehicles BUT the van I had from here was shockingly bad...and the 'service' from the guys at the depot only lightly better. Van was disgustingly dirty more than Boulevard's standard dirtyness and wouldn't start properly. Had to call depot and was told to shake ignition barrel about to get it to connect. Will pay the extra cost for better vans and service in future. Very, very poor all round.
Absolutely useless company, never reply to bookings made on their very cheap website, no doubt the cars and vans are like sheds as they make no effect to return emails or calls so dodged a bullet there no doubt
