Unbelievable and unprofessional avoid booking from this company, I booked a vehicle for next day and I get a call next day saying I have to upgrade to another car since they don’t have the one I booked in stock. At the end they wanted the deposit paid by credit card not by debit card which it was not mentioned on the website. Just wasted my time.

My Mrs had to wait 2 days to get a car from these guys through insurance first car non diesel breaks grinding like metal to metal bare in mind we have 2 babies which is a very scary thought to be driving them around in such a car made enterprise aware apparently was due a service but was still given to us and was told to take car to get service my self which I thought was a joke I asked if they could provide me with another car till the service was undertaken that was refused managed to get another car after waiting 2.5 hours in the branch this time a strong smell of fuel fumes in the car and the tyre pressure kept playing up even though it had adequate air in tyre made enterprise aware of this issue took the car back and guess what the manager dillan and his assistant Ben absolutely disgusting pepole spoke to me like it was my fault even though they admitted both vehicles are not road worthy I stepped outside as I got a call my my Mrs walked back in and dilan said I am refusing you rental without a explanation these guys need to lose their jobs as someone can be seriously injured due to their incompetence never again will I use them and I strongly suggest that no one with kids uses this company absolutely a cow boy run business left without a car over Christmas what a joke

From my interactions this week do feel some of the team lack the necessary customer service skills and would question what you have been told in relation to vehicle booking requests.

Amazing customer service from the Enterprise Rochdale branch. Umar and Zak were really helpful and straight to the point. The new staff member Umar was very friendly and welcoming, it was honestly a 5* service. I was treated with respect and I picked up the CLA and was out within 10 15 minutes, no messing about. Honestly cant thank the guys enough, i would 100% recommend this branch compared to the East Manchester branch. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. Once again thank you guys.

Spoke to a person called ishaar or israar, he was very professional and very helpful. Went out of his way to help me and sort iut my issue. Really appreciated his help.

Enterprise Rochdale were aware my car needed extensive repairs and I had been messed about by the dealership for over 2 months. After such a long time of broken promises, failed repairs and awful customer service it was a breath of fresh air to deal with such a kind and knowledgeable team at Enterprise Rochdale.  Whether it is through your application process, training or general ethos of your branch your employees are a testament to what customer service should be. From the first phone call to the handshake when I picked up my rental car, each member of your team was courteous and professional. They each listened to my issue, empathised with how I was feeling and made it their responsibility to find a solution, even though it was not Enterprise Rochdale's responsibility or fault I was having these issues. I must have spoken to at least 3-4 of your employees.  To be clear I required a vehicle with a larger boot space to carry out my occupation effectively. The dealership which was hiring the car for me through yourselves, refused to pay the required amount to put me in a like for like car. The Rochdale team did not agree with this and fought my corner without me needing to ask which I appreciate so much.  Sadly the dealership's foot was planted and soldered to the ground and they would not move on the offer. Then Zak the branch manager came to be the hero of my issues and offered to put in a vehicle which was more than suitable for what I needed it for at no extra charge to the dealership. The vehicle you supplied me actually allowed me to carry out more tasks than I would with my current vehicle allowing me to overachieve and get tasks done in a more timely manner.  So thank you Enterprise Rochdale. You are a credit to customer service and the Enterprise company. You will now be my first go to when needing a rental and who I'll be recommending first. 5 Star all around.

Booked over phone for a people carrier on 17th and got a booking confirmation too. Booking was done on 15th and was for a family trip. They called back on 16th and informed that they dont have the vehicle at the said time as the vehicle is not back in on time!!  Trips are planned keeping in mind a time to start. Whats the point if we get the car late? Why did the phone booking go ahead in the first place on 15th if you cant meet the agreed time? I would have gone with another car rental if you would have given me advanced notice.  Its all about the customer, whether on site booking or phone booking. If you cant make it, say it upfront!

Great service, cannot fault it. Price also good. Cheers.
