Booked a taxi to take my son to work .for 8 am . Booked it at 5.30 am . Didn't turn up . My son rang them to find out where they were To be told minutes away . 30 minutes later still no taxi .and my son late for work . Not impressed. The reason a New Driver!!!. Unacceptable we live in Milnrow not London . You say you are a Milnrow taxi service ,perhaps they need to know the area before they start work as a taxi driver.
I personally have only ever had one problem when a driver was so late we called for another cab only to clearly have annoyed him by doing this to stop us being late. Other than that they are brilliant
Terrible service. Said we’d need to wait 10 minutes as we had a small dog with us, which we did. The taxi arrives, refuses to let the dog in and then staff member in the office simply ignores us despite until we have no choice but to walk home.
The guy who drove me to my destination would not stop swearing because cars kept overtaking him.
Very convenient to get a taxi.
