Had to wait 2 hours in the office, after dropping the van off, to get my deposit back. Apparently the systems were down nationwide all weekend but there was NO back up system in place, should this happen. Not happy.

Rubbish mechanic at the depot. You drive their van and when you told them there is an issue with it they told you no its perfectly fine.
