What a fantastic experience - from the initial experience in the showroom with Gary very professional, friendly, helpful and not pushy to Kevin Lanny and Spence who delivered the mattress the day after I should add!, I honestly can’t remember such a high level of service from a company, especially in recent times when service levels in many companies have nosedived. Special mention for Lanny who, on spotting that my heavily pregnant wife had taken receipt of a bed that day from elsewhere while I was at work, offered to come back and assemble it for us on his day off if we encountered any issues with it. The fact he dropped by later on in the day just to double check we had got on with it okay shows a what a great guy Kevin is but also b what a great work culture there obviously is at Prestige Beds. We will now be customers for life and share our experience with other people. Well played to all at Prestige Beds - proof that great customer service still exists and that there’s a lot to be said for shopping locally from family-run businesses.

We bought an electric recliner bed for my father in law. The process from start to finish was superb. No pressure sales, very knowledgeable and when we needed to rearrange the delivery last minute Prestige helped without any fuss. Delivery was prompt and the guys were polite and friendly. Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Brilliant bundle deals and great customer service. We rang to check if our bed arrived, the man was so kind and helpful and fitted us in straight away! They delivered on time and put our bed together with no extra cost!

Bought another bed from Prestige Beds. It's always a pleasure shopping here as they are very friendly and helpful.. They always come over to check if you need any information but will leave you to browse if you want. They have a good stock and as they are a long-standing company they are very knowledgeable. Found my new bed pretty quickly and won't have to wait too long 3wks for delivery.  Price was good too for the quality of the bed.  See you again in about 6 years.

Excellent help and advice about beds with lift up storage. Very impressed. large selection of coverings and managed to get one to match existing headboard. Really impressed with the prices which were considerably lower lower than those offered by outlets on retail parks. Ordered base and mattress before leaving.  Three other couples came into store while we were there, even though it was a Monday afternoon.

I bought my first bed from Prestige 20 years ago and my Grandfather did the same over 60 years ago. Unbeatable on prices and a proper family run firm. Can't recommend highly enough. Many thanks.

Brilliant service today, guys. I rung up, explained my situation and got a bed supplied and delivered within 90mins. The bed was excellent quality and price. The lads put the bed together and removed the packaging. Thank you to everyone at prestige beds blackburn. I will recommend them to everyone .

What a great service What a great service; cannot recommend this company enough. Ordered a mattress on-line on Sunday, received a call within 5 minutes to advise they have it in stock and can deliver on Thursday. It's just been delivered by two guys who carried upstairs and removed all the packaging.  Top marks guys; great service, will definately be using you again.

We have bought a few mattresses over recent years from Prestige. The staff are always great to deal with and their customer service is exceptional. Would definitely recommend!!
