It is rare to find a car sales that puts its customers needs in front of making a sale, however Clements does just that. To date I have purchased 4 vehicles from Steve and each one has been perfect and to my specification, I did a lot of research into my latest vehicle and when I phoned Clements they were able to answer every question I had straight away. Clements is a family run business that has been running for generations, not just a pop up overnight car sales, this gives me confidence to buy from them and really reflects in the first class service that I have received on every visit. I will not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from Clements.

Where do I start I travelled down from Scotland as Steve had the car I wanted with the spec I wanted .Steve from start to finish helped me through the whole buying process keeping me up to date every day .The car was immaculate and exactly as Steve described it .Even picked me up in Mansfield and to end the experience HIs Daughter sorted all my car tax out etc so I cant recommend Clements Quality Cars enough I would certainly travel again and buy from Steve without hesitation thank you again a really happy owner

I always take my car here! My family had been taking our cars there for about 30 years. Great, friendly service. These guys know what they are doing.

Fantastic service and very honest, approachable staff. Bought a Nissan Pathfinder from them in September and it was just as described; Lovingly cared for and immaculate throughout. I had 1001 questions before (and after!) purchase but nothing was too much. Highly recommended.

Sale was smooth, very polite and enjoyable experience. However, turned out the owner was dishonest, at least in his dealing with me. As I took the car out, within 2 miles the SatNav died ("Disk read error"). I thought it was possible they didn't know about it. Then I realised that there was a lot (A LOT!) of water at the passenger's footwell which (I discovered later) was coming through the indicator repeater at the doot which hafld its mounting broken and was not "locked" in position but just being kept in position by its cable's weight. Again, I thought the previous owner might have not told him. But... I was taking the car to Greece and specifically asked about whether the air conditioning had been checked. Steve, the business owner, assured me that he had and was working fine. Driving through Italy, I turned the a/c on and it was not working! Turned out the airconditioning radiator was so rusty that it had a huge hole in it (as diagnosed by Land Rover in Forli, at a cost of 80 Euros) I contacted Steve who told me very matyer of factly that he had tested and it was working and that's all there was to it. He didn't offer to put it right or even to help me source a replacement part. Now I am thinking of what else may be wrong with car. Both Steve and I know there is not much I can do about his misleading me, but at least I can warn others to be on their guard and check for themselves instead of taking his word for things. And, of course, I will not be buying from him again.
