I've used Enterprise before via the AA recovery. All branches alway seem super helpful. I was picked up from my home to be taken to the office. Really decent lad picked up, very polite and professional. I was handed over to Ciaran to sort out the paperwork and he was super helpful, friendly and professional, explaining everything I needed to know and took me  through my options. Really decent chap. Thank you again Enterprise!!

Nice bunch of lads, they put up with me pestering them to get my courtesy car sorted. Sorted it prerry quick, unsure of the usual turnaround but I got mine within 24 hours. Thank you

Absolute crooks who invent damage to hire vehicles, then try to steal money from people's accounts.  Google "Enterprise Rent-a-Car fuel scam". They've even been defrauding the government, so certainly won't think twice about defrauding you!   How they are allowed to operate in the UK is anyone's guess, although there are plausible theories about these criminals.

Picked up my car  from mansfield and keetie dealt with it and from start to finish this guy was welcoming and friendly explained everything clearly… On return got the same exceptional service from him x.

Fantastic service can't fault anything very impressed with how they communicate I had problems with my insurance but they did not to see us without a car while it was sorted thanks all of you

I booked and paid for Large people carrier Ford Galaxy or something similar.I was given a small people carrier a VW Touran.When I got back from our trip I checked on their website and the VW Touran is alot cheaper than the Large People carrier I had paid for.I have contact the branch several times through there messages asking for why they did not give me the difference in price back when they knew the vehicle they gave me was not even in the correct category i had booked and paid for and was alot cheaper.I have also asked for them to refund me but as of yet nothing back not even a response.

Have used Enterprise many times over the years, always good, and Mansfield site is no exception. Friendly welcoming staff, good prices and excellent vehicles. Recommended

I've used this Enterprise a few times over the past 3 years. I've always found their prices and processes to be fair, and their customer service to be excellent. In particular the pick up and drop off service is great.

I'd like to start off by saying I'd put no stars if I could! Absolutely disgusting customer service and policies! I unfortunately had an accident in my own car which made me need a courtesy car and Vertu didn't have any of their own which lead me to using Enterprise. I've never hired a vehicle before in my life, let alone through another company so I didn't know what to do. I told the person who was dealing with handing over the car to me Jack and I accepted to have excess protection. I asked if I had to pay now and he said no, my insurance will pay for it. Due to never being in this situation before and him working there, meaning of course he was telling me how it works there, or so I thought, I took his word for it. I ended up having an accident in the courtesy car and am now being chased for £650 which is my insurance excess. I have rang up this branch multiple times, been in and been turned away instantly as well as going through complaints. I had a phone call which I missed due to being at work and it was a random staff member who didn't deal with my case previously, repeating everything I already knew and said I still owe money. He then closed the complaint as resolved. Since when is a voicemail proof of resolution when I haven't accepted it? I am now two months into this complaint and I'm about 6 managers up the line which I haven't heard from a single one yet. I will NEVER EVER go with Enterprise ever again and I suggest others don't so you don't have to go through this mentally draining complaints procedure either. I'd rather walk than ever touch an Enterprise vehicle and deal with this branch again.  I uploaded this review in January/February. We’re now in April, 5 months after my complaint began and I’m still no further forward. My insurance have been trying to get ahold of Enterprise since I uploaded my review and Enterprise haven’t been cooperating and have been ignoring my insurance. They’re lovely to you and put a face on when you’re using their vehicles but when there’s a problem, not a single person offers genuine assistance or assistance at all. Pure ignorance.
