Needed a car on a sunday asap...only place open was here. So at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon went and got a car from them. Customer service from Joseph was remarkable, he went all out to ensure our needs were met, drove off in an '18 plate Toyota (which from an Audi/VW fan found surprisingly a pleasure to drive) Brilliant soooooo recommend to everyone. Reasonable priced too.

Great service. Very helpful staff. Sorted out a suitable replacement vehicle whilst my car was being repaired due to a not at fault accident.

They got a lie for everything, not professional at all no communication. They do what evers best and easiest for them. Car was all dirty not even clean inside nor out staff didn't know much about the car. They weren't interested in being there. Not happy at all.

The staff are very friendly. The cars they give out to people on rent are top quality. Sometimes, due to the availability of the staff, you might have to wait for your service.

I have always found the Basingstoke staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble and they are all very efficient. The cars are always clean and delivered promptly. Thank you.
