The first time at this gym this morning and it was brilliant, pretty quiet, changing rooms were spotless.  The whole gym had such a good atmosphere about it.  Can't wait to go again.

Been a member for a while - great gym! Good equipment, nice staff, clean changing rooms, all for a good price. Personally, it would suit me better if it opened at 6-6.30am, but seems that this doesn't meet with building residents approval. The music can be a bit too loud, especially in the changing room. Doesn't need to be as most people use earphones. The cardio/mat area can get busy, especially if being used by the PT's - I think they forget we're all paying members and not theirs exclusively. Anyway, I've been to other gyms, and this is most certainly one of the better ones. Happy member here 😊

A very poor experience all round. Between the personal trainer doing the latest exercise of the week taking up the entire gym and the rent-a-pt telling me to put my weights down quietly it was obvious this wasn't a place that cares about people that take their training seriously.

If you're a fan of cliched slogans on the wall and as much atmosphere as a library then this is the place for you.

Really relaxed place, not overcrowded. Staff are really helpful and polite. Changing rooms are immaculate. Would definitely recommend

Only went to join so did not use the gym. Made to feel welcome. Very easy process. Am looking forward to induction on Friday.
