I have been having equipment based pilates with Nicole since 2016. I have complex medical issues and cannot recommend Exclusive Pilates high enough. The dedication and teaching standard is second to none. I really enjoy the sessions and they keep me fit and mobile. They have also got me back on track after I had a road traffic accident.
I have been attending Exclusive Pilates on a 1-1 basis with Nicole for over nine years. I really value the way she tailors each session to meet my individual needs as these can change between sessions depending on my physical health and well-being. I find Nicole to be an excellent teacher; she gives clear and concise instructions, making it easy to follow the exercises correctly in order for me to achieve the best results, whilst maintaining my safety and well-being. These valuable sessions enable me to maintain my mobility and independence, therefore I would not hesitate in recommending Nicole’s classes. Thank you Nicole for your input and hard work.
My husband and I started several years ago with Nicole and have never looked back. Thoroughly enjoyable. The sessions are safe, tailored to your needs, interesting and increasingly challenging if that's what you want. Nicole's breadth and depth of knowledge and expertise is second to none and the huge range of highest quality Stott equipment ensures her clients get the best. She is qualified in dozens of condition-specific Pilates instruction and regularly attends updates. With a positive, upbeat personality, I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. I have done 1:1, couples and class reformer sessions and all are excellent. This is the highest quality Pilates class.
Nicole is an amazing pilates instructor. Her depth of knowledge of relating to injuries and female health is second to none. She is extremely engaging and her sessions are always interesting and varied. I can't recommend her highly enough!
Myself and my mum have been going to Nicole for a number of years for face to face sessions. I do office work and I find that the Pilates stretches really helps relieve the tension in my shoulders. My mum had a frozen shoulder many years ago and suffers with her back and finds that the sessions relieves joint pain and keeps her flexible she is 80. Since Nicole relocated we have continued having our weekly sessions via Zoom. Nicole always asks us at the beginning of the session how we are feeling and if there are any problems before she begins and then tailors the exercises accordingly.
Nicole is an excellent teacher. She really knows her stuff. After 60 years of sitting on the sofa and as a relative newcomer to Pilates, I have a long way to go but Nicole is being patient with me and I am seeing results. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
I have been a private client of Nicole at Exclusive Pilates for over seven years. I started Pilates in 2008 and moved to Nicole in 2015 and attend twice a week for one to one sessions using the Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel as well as various other props. Nicole is an excellent teacher. She is very thorough, meticulous on detail and form and always puts health and safety first. The studio is bright, airy and calm. The equipment is from Stott Pilates, the leading Pilates brand globally and Nicole is a Stott certified trainer. She has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years starting her Pilates career in 2000 opening her own studio in 2013. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.
I’ve been going to Exclusive Pilates for 1 to 1 reformer sessions for a few years now. I’ve gained strength in my core and have much better body awareness. Nicole has been flexible with fitting me in also which has been really helpful.
Nicole is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about Pilates. As a keen but old runner I am carrying a few injuries. Big improvements for back and knee pain already. Highly recommended!
Nicole is the most experienced Pilates instructor I know. As I have osteoporosis it takes an extremely qualified instructor to ensure exercises do not cause me to damage bones-Nicole is that person.
