Terrible company. Cancelled home policy in “cooling off period” charged £30 even though normal cancellation fee is £30. Not sure how they can call it such a thing. Have heard stories about people struggling to claim.

Think there brilliant someone crashed into my car they had a courtesy car to me the next day as my crash was at 10 at night, they dealt with the claim as quick as possible and paid out within 2 weeks with a really good price on my car, I'll be using them in the future
