Cold call company.. Rang me a few times to arrange for one of their representatives to call and give me a quote for my insurance renewal, eventually I agreed and over a half hour meeting they took my details and agreed they would get back to me with a quote. Nearly three months have passed and I have not heard a thing from Hendersons, I would have at least expected a courtesy call or letter to explain if there was a problem. Since then I have been inundated with cold calls from them to ask if they can make a appointment to discuss my insurance needs.( I tell them they have already done this and they say we will check and get back to me ) *THIS NEVER HAPPENS* I would strongly advise avoiding this company as it seems to operate very unprofessionally.
