We have recently renewed our home, pet and car insurance policies under one umbrella with NFU and have been thoroughly impressed with the service received. The renewal documents arrived with ample time to allow us to compare with the wider insurance market. When speaking to the local specialist it was obvious they were highly knowledgeable and efficient, which enabled us to make an informed decision. For those considering changing insurance providers, we would definitely recommend NFU Mutual.

Disgusting culture, ethics, behaviours. Bullying and victimising staff is completely unacceptable. You should be ashamed. bullying certain members of your staff needs to and will be highlighted to the CEO. Are your employees happy, I think not. Shame on you.

They are all a great team here. I have all my insurance with them and have made claims for pets, house and on my business insurance. They have all be paid out quickly, but the best thing is that I only have to deal with a small team and I get to know exactly who I'm speaking with for a much more personal experience compared with any other insurance company.  They make any claims easy and straight forward... which is exactly what you need when you need to claim!  I doubt I will ever use any other company!

Great team, fantastic service! They look after all my insurances; home, car, business and life insurance. They are very approachable and always happy to use their wealth of experience to provide a great service. They respond quickly to enquiries and deal with claims efficiently. The claims procedure is straightforward and you are kept fully informed throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for great quality insurance delivered by a friendly, knowledgeable team, then I highly recommend that you give them a call.
