Had a problem with a Roxby electric fire. They gave me helpful advice re installation but to no avail I returned the fire for testing and they said it was OK.  I was offered and accepted a full refund. Excellent service, pity about the product in this instance but I would but from them again.

We have recently purchased a roxby insert electric fire from endeavour fires. The led flames are really realistic looking, it is quite relaxing just to have the flames on without the heat. We also really liked the remote control for the temperature which you can set between 16 and 28 degrees centigrade.We spent quite a length of time looking at different fires, and to buy one of equal quality and appearance was considerably more expensive. In short I would highly recommend this fire to anybody who is looking for a inset electric fire. And if you are in a position to collect the fire from there showroom they will deduct the cost of the delivery. The service which we received was first class as I sent several emails which were all answered promptly.
