I went to the store as I was in need of a new laptop for work. When I got there they had some offers on and had the big signs pointed to the laptops, with all the amazing things it does and packages it comes with, right at the front of the building. I explained I was interest in one of the main ones, which was followed by 20 minutes waiting for another member of staff to assist. To then be told they don’t have any actually in store and they don’t hold any of them there.. it’s a store? Then I asked well can you order one for me as the store in York always does. Sharply answered with no go online and do it yourself. Appalling store not worth the time of day. Definitely will not go back. Why have a massive sign, making it centre of attention when you don’t even stock any in the store.

Helpful staff, although some aren't the most knowledgeable, and instead of saying they're unsure, they'll talk utter rubbish. They do have product "specialists" I believe, so may be worth asking, but that's not always guaranteed. Best to use the place as a place with a reasonably good range of products, and at reasonable prices. The big thing is really, unless you want to shop online, there's little alternative around here.

Good selection of all electronics and home appliances. The prices are fairly competitive but be sure to shop around first as they will match the price. The staff are generally friendly and helpful although not all of them are quite so knowledgeable but they are quick to find a supervisor. If they don't have an item in store, they can usually get it within a day or so.

The laptops are okay but they are Abit plasticy feeling and don't feel great, some of them are good though. The prices can be Abit high on some things but most are average price. The staff are quite friendly.

This is the only place in Scarborough as far as I'm concerned to purchase household items like cookers etc. Always had fantastic service.
