Went to purchase a lap top expecting a lot of jargon and hard sell but was very pleasantly surprised, excellent knowledge and information passed on at a level we could easily understand. No pressure. Big thanks to Ethan for his knowledge and patience.

Went to look at some white goods and black Friday sale items. I was very impressed with the wonderful displays of gadgets.nnThere were plenty of staff on hand to help me. It was an enjoyable experience.  I just wish there was a cafe nearby.

We visited this store yesterday to buy all our white goods as we've recently moved here.nWe were approached by staff member Andrew who helped us choose. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to provide the answers we needed. Andrew was a very kind and helpful chap without being pushy.
