My wife and I stayed at hotel Iluminum Fuengirola Costa Del Sol, 14th to 28th May. What a terrible hotel, I have a list of complaints. Room cold, no Heating first two days, had a large electric radiator plug in type too big for the room. Wardrobes only had one small metal divice for coat hangers so Unable to hang up lots of clothes.Bathroom towel rail broken. Reception told not TV not working but it was First day room not cleaned,beds not made,reception said they would sort it out, two hours later still not done. Locked out one day had to go back to reception for new cards. Bathroom, wet room flooded, had to cover mobility scooter with towels to prevent damage. I look forward to your comments
Do not phone this company! They use a premium number which they make money from. I think it is bad enough that disabled people have to pay more in general for services and now they are being charged premium rates to use the phone. It’s difficult enough to find adapted or accessible rooms, so it’s a shame that firms then want to charge more money to try and ‘help ‘disabled people. They sounded very plausible taking details about my needs but I now think it was just to keep me on the phone I had a terrible shock when my phone bill arrived and they did not come up with any suitable holiday options
Great service from a travel company that really understands and cares about the needs of disabled holidaymakers. Don't know any other travel firm that works as hard to get things right. It really pays to book with the specialists.
