It's a nice store for adults. They have NOTHING for children. Nice bedding centre and loads of clothes and some lovely shoes n boots. Nice kitchenware stuff. They also have a nice little cafe. Parking is quite good ,although disabled parking is limited and usually full everytime we go.
Not been for a few years but I called in the other day and it seems like it's been refreshed by some much friendlier staff. I always liked the idea of shopping in an old mill the high ceilings and space give it a little extra charm.I went in for yankee candles and always find a good bargain in that section especially coming up to Christmas. The atmosphere is much more relaxed now and you can spend a few hours searching for things. Also went in the cafe for a brew. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.
It's a total different shopping experience you get a genuine warm welcome at the door all the staff are helpful. Plenty of quality and different products to chose from, you can spend hours in there! They have a great cafe aswell. Nice place to spend time with friends/family and you can make some new friends whilst there as the places atmosphere feels homely! Small dogs our allowed in with you too but they must be held or in a doggy buggy. Which is fair enough!
I Heard about Ena Mill through a friend, what a great shopping experience got myself some quality bargains i will definitely be visiting again and looking forward to my next visit nearer to Christmas. The cafe was a great bonus too enjoyed some lunch whilst there. All the staff seem happy working which is nice to see now days and all really helpful too. A different and very enjoyable shopping experience thanks Team EnaMill.
Been there several times and it hasn't disappointed us yet, in fact it's improved over the last few weeks and there are many new departments there now. The cafe has a wide range of delights and there are many seats and tables available.
Great shopping experience with friendly helpful staff and great food in the cafe. Most importantly for me they allow dogs in the store if they are in a a pet stroller or trolley. My Yorkshire terrier is made very welcome on every visit. Thank you.
I have been here today with my little dog poppy, we were both welcomed at the door, with poppy getting 5star comfort in her trolley, each and everyone of the staff are so friendly making the visit an absolute delight and pleasure. Fantastic place.
Big store selling lots of products, clothing, kitchen, bedroom etc at discounted prices. My one gripe, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars, I purchased a pair of mens walking shoes, the lady asked if I wanted them given the waterproof coating treatment, extra of course, which I agreed to, we were given a canvas bag to carry them in, and since she never asked us if we wanted a bag, we presumed it was free, wrong!!! When we got home and checked the receipt we noticed a 75p charge, she had no right to assume we wanted a bag, especially a bag for 75p with pavers splashed all over it. We do carry bags with us on shopping trips to avoid having to buy them, and of course, to cut down on plastic, and it really did annoy us that we were never asked. Apart from that, it's a great place to shop, just be aware of hidden charges
Plenty parking and a lot of different items in, love going for clothes, bedding, curtains, shoes house stuff all in one place. The cafe is great too & they do NHS discount.
Great place brought my nan here today an she loved it very helpful staff and lovely guy who welcomed us in also helped us back out an held my umbrella for me why I put our bags in the car to save me getting soaking wet I thought that was going above an beyond great customer service. Thank you
