Garry and Martin came to fit all my central heating this week every body has been absolutely brilliant care and respect all staff came to my property on time told me exactly wat was going to happen on the days they were hear had wall insulation by GSL and had Craig and Danny brilliant lads all have been so good thankyou
GSL is OK with installation. Those are done by professionals HOWEVER interacting with the office is a pain. Be aware of the extortionate addons to the quotes and unreasonable pricing for repairs/alterations. I was quoted £720 for effectively 1hr job and threatened with loss of warranty if I dare to use cheaper contractor for a fix... Job wasn't even that difficult...
What a great company to bring in to your home.arrived on time,was told what was to be done with the boiler. And after that the job was carried out with out fuss/mess. Acouple of great fitters, and very friendly office staff. All followed off by anice friendly inspection by a senior member of grant store. Will highly recommend this company for any work you need doing from the office staff upto the inspector who calls invited within 24hours. Many thanks.
Good lads who do the fitting but everyone be very careful with the contribution charges the office adds on. I paid £270 after originally being quoted £80 due to so called extra materials needed. When the lads finished and the extra materials were not used or needed I have contacted the office over 20 occasions now and Jordan and a female staff member just fob me off with promises of getting back to me.

The two surveyor's who came out were very professional and personal, we had a laugh about one being a Wigan warriors fan and we're Rhinos fans lol. Then Rob who came out to fit the boiler again very professional and personal, very tidy workmanship. Can't thank your company enough, new boiler fitted in less than a week and easy to deal with.
Had insulation and central heating fitted. Some work was poorly done still waiting to have floor boards sorted. Electrician came to fit the hive but would need to come back as needed two electricians. Came back but sent electrician and plumber so work again could not be completed. Not happy needs better communication of what is needed. Made a complaint but waiting of a reply and work still needs completing. Wasted my time of waiting in not happy at all.
The fitters arrived spot on time and both worked hard informing us exactly what they were going to do,Rob+Paddy were very professional and were good reflection for grant store. boiler installation was great but let down by not having a electrition on same day
I recognise good service when I receive it. Despite there being a fault in my Home EV Charger which was down to the manufacturer, Grant Store GSL never gave up at finding a resolution, even to the point of offering an alternative brand to suit my requirements. Communication was good from Jay, Neil and Steve. Steve came out at the earliest opportunity to re-check the installation. I don't expect e-mails to be answered outside of office-hours but GSL's customer service goes above and beyond. When the manufacturer eventually sent the part, Steve offered to fit on a Saturday. Another couple of days didn't make much difference to me and the charger was up and running on the Monday... after Storm Dennis had passed! I wholeheartedly recommend these guys to take care of your EV charging requirements. Mike
Fantastic service from first contact to fitting. Call centre staff very informative, 1 simple form to complete then sign online. 1 week later boiler fitted. Surveyor and gas fitters very professional and everything cleaned up afterwards. Thanks.
