Nice local jewellers . Plenty of items to buy Very friendly helpful staff

Appalling! I went to this store last week and the service I received was far from professional I found the staff very rude and very immature I found this a shame after I had received a very helpful and welcome from a particular member of your staff around christmas time last year (2016), who went out of their way to help. unfortunately on this particular day they were not in store. The item I was ..purchasing was displayed as £75.00 but when I went to purchase the item (not sure why I was still considering this after the bad service) they told me it was £85.00 and would not give it to me for the price displayed. Surely this should have been honoured! I decided not to purchase the item and I will not be returning to the store ever ever again.

The staff couldn't be bothered to give me a call to let me know my watch had been repaired. When I visited the store, I got lied to. Not worth the premium service they supposedly offer.
