I could not recommend more highly Spencer and his team at the jewellers. I had a very specific, bespoke design for a couple of pieces and they came out amazing. From design to delivery, the service, communication and guidance was second to none. There were no surprises and decisions, including pricing options, were all fully discussed. Such service is what you get for shopping local. Spencer worked with me each step of the way, even though I was overseas for much of the process, and scheduled meetings and the work into my itinerary. I will certainly be a repeat customer. I send huge thanks to the team.
The service I have received from this shop is amazing. They arranged for my lost diamond to be replaced in my ring with the upmost care and professionalism. So friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Spencer served us and we was blown away as he had so much knowledge on what size and rings would suit us as a couple. The rest of the staff were very friendly to everyone they have served!
One of the best jewellers I have ever been to. Their knowledge of rings and help was incredible because I had little knowledge and they were so helpful. They also resized the ring perfectly and spoke so nicely to me and my partner when we came back to resize it. The value for money on the diamonds is unmatched and I would definitely recommend to all!!!

Called in for a new battery for one watch and a new strap for another. All done while I waited even though lady had great difficulty in removing pin from old strap. She persevered and fixed the strap. Great customer service and two very pleasant ladies. Will always visit local business. Thank you.
