A good venue for live entertainment music and comedy during the festival along with real ale and excellent made from scratch pizza. Better under this management but they used to have an extensive range of real cider, this is down to just one most nights now. The stage could do with a serious refurb though very dodgy pallet creation

Very nice pizza and good beer on draft and keg

Always liked this place, real ale pub with a good selection and proper old social club vibe with stage in the back room for music, comedy etc. etc. Well worth a visit if you like your real ale and always a friendly face. Not the newest of interiors but that adds to the experience in my view!

Decent pizzas and offer comedy nights.

I don't usually drink here but do stop by on a night out for a pint and a fresh pizza. Nice staff too. They gave us a free pizza when they messed up an order for me and 4 of my mates.
