Can't rate them enough. Made to feel very welcome. Friendly, passionate staff. Went above and beyond when we had issues with our Guinea pig herds. Very good with small furies. Take our dog and cats here as well. With those that have crossed the "Rainbow Bridge" we always receive a deepest sympathy card in the post.

Sparky has some long-standing anxiety surrounding other dogs and unknown places due to him being a rescue animal, this is always taken in to account on our visits and are offered appointments at less busy times. This is a huge weight off my mind and of course, makes trips to the vet far less stressful for both of us! Been bringing Sparky here for a few years now, I can't fault the service and care provided by the team at Pet Practice Poole. Such a friendly team, Sparky and I thank you for your patience and professionalism. This is a very calm and friendly environment for nervous pets, I highly recommend this surgery!

As a Family we have owned many much loved dogs and cats over the years. We have been to several vets during this time, but I can honestly say that Pet Practice is far and away the best for the service, friendliness, pricing and all round care and attention. They were all so kind when my cocker spaniel was spayed and I trusted them implicitly. Also, the waiting room is bright, uncluttered and spotlessly clean, as are the consulting rooms I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.

I noticed a black mark on my dogs stomach on investigation found it to be a large splinter. I tried to get it out but no success so just popped in to Darbys Lane Practice (with no prior consent tact to say I was I was coming) to see if someone take a look at it for me and within 10 minutes the vet had her in and removed the splinter within seconds and made no charge. I regularly visit the practice to get my dog weighed, regardless of who I am always made to feel welcome and my dog is always made a fuss of. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Been using this vet for just over 3 years now, always received 5 star service from all members of staff, have always had a warm welcome. The staff here really take pride in there job and it shows. Would highly recommend.
