I also had dreadful experience with this lot. Don't use them. The plumber turned up 24 hours after the agreed time to have a look. Said he would get back to me next day. Now 5 days later and I've heard nothing. Phoned up to cancel and get someone competent (I have water dripping through my living room ceiling) and was told I would be charged £145 + VAT for the guy's original, useless, 10 minute visit.

Don't use these people.The plumber who came to me was fine had a leaking radiator that he fixed immediately it was leaking from a connection and I was charged £198 for a 5 min job
Could not get a local plumber and many never returned my call until the next day.
