I had last minute boiler problems and they came round very quickly ,well within the 3 hours time slot I had been given. Troy was polite and efficient and clearly knew what was wrong and how to fix it, parts ordered and fixed within a couple of days . I am very impressed especially as others I know had boiler cover with expensive monthly payment with British gas who took a number of days to fix it.  I am very impressed and I will use them again. Highly recommended.

Brilliant company and solved the boiler problem for free by emailing me a you tube video and explained the problem over the phone. Professional from the start with the lady who answered the phone who tried to help with the issue to Angus, the director, who ran through the problem on the phone. I will be cancelling my British Gas home plan and will be using AGM from now on.

Don't touch!!! Came out once,had to pay up front, happy but then found they had made a wiring mistake. Had to call out again. Had to call out again because gas leaking. They neither hurried or bothered 2 visits later seemed better said they would bill. Boiler wouldn't work again as before refused to come as I had "not" paid. Trouble is they had not billed me an the boiler was bad again within a week. Refused to come unless I paid double two times up front. Gave some and a post dated cheque on condition that boss rung me... Yeh guess what?.... Blackmailers, extremely rude inept and 0customer service. Don't do it.

Rip off company. Call out charge 75,0- to tell me that the tap is leaking! Which is the reason I called them. Did not want to do the job as it meant they would have to take a cabinet out and were scared they would damage it. Got somebody else the same day - job done in 2 hours.
