The photos really don’t do justice to just how good this food is. This food made me feel warm inside, cozy, it was filling, tasty, the place had great vibes, and it was super affordable. We ordered a lot of the starters and then one big dish to share which was so amazing we didn’t take a photo because we just wanted to eat it so bad. It was the one with the steak, chorizo, fried egg, beans, rice and fried plantain. Perfect dish. The freshly squeezed juice was super fresh and tasty as well, I took passion fruit.
The best discovery I’ve had for a while in London! The food was so delicious and of excellent quality. We got an arepa con queso which was the best, a parrillada BBQ and two beers for only £30. Great value for money and very authentic setting. One of my favorite places to go.
Huge and when I say huge i mean HUGE portions. The food was delicious. Love the music and the atmosphere.Food: 5/5
One of my favourite places in Brixton market. They offer a lunch menu which, for a fair price I believe it was between £10-14, which includes a drink and a main course Unsure about desserts, however. We got a sugar cane beverage along with a chicken-based dish, which were both on point. Furthermore, the ambience was amazing, as they were playing Latino hits, usually in the 'disco' vibe, which definitely was a plus. The only main downside is that it can get cramped easily.
We enjoyed our lunch here. We had bandeja paisa and chicken filet with prawn sauce. Prompt service and generous portions. Definitely will come back to try other dishes.
We have been coming here on a regular basis, but have found the food decline in quality. Ate here today and will be the last time unfortunately. The scrambled eggs had several bits of egg shell in it; the hot chocolate had a rainbow sheen on top which is the reason it tasted of soup, and the cornbread was burnt on one side. Although we pointed this out, it was received with indifference. Such a shame as the prices are very reasonable in Brixton Village compared to other eateries in here.
Absolutely in love with this place! Honestly hard to describe, you have to give it a go. Great, honest food - taste like home I would say. Staff is very polite and the whole vibe of the place move you out of London. Never been to Columbia but I believe its like this. Thanks!
Very casual restaurant with a true Latin Colombian atmosphere. Friendly staff and quick service. We had a big lunch, including starters more than one, main and soft drinks for about £20 could be less if we had the day-menu, which is good value for money. Definitely recommend.
What a great hidden gem in Brixton Village. Great value for money and huge portions. Authentic food and good service!!! I spent £10 and got a great meal! Must try.Food: 5/5
