I recently bought a pair of boots online on sale and have received them. No issues with the purchase and delivery. However I would like to bring up an issue where orders for same boot were taken online, then other people's orders including a friend of mine were cancelled saying something along the lines of it being out of stock, and then the following day, stock magically appeared at the regular price. Yes, no longer the sale price that people purchased it for. Pretty shady if you ask me. Tootsies should have fulfilled all orders at the sale price instead of cancelling. It is clear that they did not want to honor the sale due to its popularity. Due to this, I will unfortunately take my business elsewhere going forward. Thanks.
I was thoroughly depressed entering this store a couple of weeks ago with my elderly mother. It felt and look drab. The elderly? older? male employee wasn’t helpful either. I needed smaller sizes of shoes & he just said there were none. No options. I quickly checked out their website and saw the sizes I wanted could be ordered, for cheaper too!!! My Mom tried to help find shoes but the man spoke condescending to her when she grabbed slippers and informed her that everything on the wall she got those from are slippers. My poor embarrassed Mom. I should’ve spoke up at the time, but didn’t. I made a very small purchase of some fuzzy socks. Then we left. I ordered the leather shoes I wanted from a different store online - NOT Tootsies, in addition to several other Clark brand leather shoes I just couldn’t choose between. I’m very disappointed in the way you chose to treat my Mom. Don’t let your own insecurities affect how you treat others. My parents have bought your leathers for years & years without batting an eye at price. Not anymore. I really think my mother is owed a sincere apology. I write this from bed after just having surgery. It bothers me that much!
Great customer service, the lady that helped me was awsome she even helped me find a pair of sandles i wanted. The pic below are not the sandles i got these ones would not fit even the size 10. I for sure will be going back
I walked in, a very nice young woman helped me in getting me exactly what I was looking for. They had every size in stock , they suggested a few up sell items which were priced very well. Huge selection of times.
Excellent customer service from the gentleman working today. I was looking for wide width shoes and he went above and beyond to help me. I ended up purchasing two pair of black shoes. Too many times people forget to send comments to recognized sales associates for their customer service skills. Job well done!

Lots of staff on floor for assistance. Well stocked with boots. Not busy. Clearance shoes at back of store. Covid friendly. Hand sanitizer, sockets for trying on shoes, plexiglass at cash.
