I am so grateful for the support of the people at Elm Bank Care Home for helping me to set up a online meeting between my parents and their friend who is a resident there. Because we live in the Netherlands and conversation through  telephone is difficult, I contacted the manager who was very helpful. The first meeting was a great succes and now many can follow. My parents and their friend are so happy with this new established communication. All by the support of the staff of this care home!!!!

I don't think this care home could be run by a better manager. The staff and residents are definitely in the right hands, 100%.

Very homely care home with an extra special staff team who go above and beyond with the care they offer
