Tried twice to access the Barclays Local service but without success. First time we missed the 12:30 closure time. Our fault should have checked online first. Today we arrived at 12:15 hours but again without success due to waiting queue. The service is only available for 3 hours in a working day which is inadequate. “Happy to Help” but is it really?
