My parents both with mobility issues stayed at this park using a modern adapted caravan for my dad's needs. They had an absolutely amazing experience with brilliant park owner and workers. Will definitely be going back.
I've rented a caravan from the owner Robert a few times now. They are nice & clean and modern. Robert is usually always about and a helpful, friendly guy. Laundrette on site and Elliot beach is within 5 minutes walk
Robert, his family team are fantastic! This is our 3rd time and will be back year after year. Vans are modern and very spacious even in a 3 bed! They are clean & if you've forgot something they will do their best to help! One thing Elliot doesn't have is onsite facilitiesno club/entertainment. If you want a chilled time with family and no noise? Choose this site! I've got a 16 nearly 17 and 13 nearly 14 Yr old & they love it here. If I have a win in the lottery I would have a van here anytime
It's a huge static but there's a lovely little private area for only 4/6 for a Campervan or small caravans. Great toilet & shower block and laundry facilities. 30 minutes walk along the promenade to Arbroath. Lovely couple/running the site . Tokens need yo be bought for showering .
Very friendly place, with easy access to main road, beach, Arbroath town & Asda. Much cheaper than next door!. Very friendly helpful staff, even the wildlife was friendly, I was visited by a rabbit, a crow & a Robin. Thank you.

Brilliant wee site. Quiet, close to the beach & town centre. Cracking owner. Can’t ask for much more. Can’t wait to come back.
I was here with my husband and friend for a 3 night stay would recommend the caravan is very good very nice be back again in the near future thanks
Great wee park. Well kept and quiet. We had a touring caravan and it's only a little space for about 7/8 vans but it is nice and kids could play safely. The facilities where just across the road and always clean, You need to buy tokens from reception and 2 tokens gets you 10 mins in the shower. no entertainment onsite but that is reflected in the price. Friendly peaceful site will definitely be back
