I’ve loved being a tenant with Ellen Kay Lettings, they were always so quick to respond to any query, and when I first moved in, they ensured any repair that needed doing was fixed promptly. Brilliant service, genuinely sad to have moved out of area but cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service I had for the last 18 months!

The company is shocking I requested a viewing and they want to know all your personal details and then don't bother to contact you for a viewing. Just want to take your details and the questions they ask are unbelievable, next they will be asking what you eat on a daily basis. There are so many estate agents and never came across anyone like it. When I asked if they are going to be offering me a viewing otherwise remove my details of there system, I received an email back from Ellen details removed and that's it very rude shouldn't be allowed to trade!!

An all round excellent service, highly professional, efficient and friendly. It was a very positive experience dealing with everyone at Ellen Kay Lettings and Management Services. I received valuable advise and support. They made the whole process in fact enjoyable. Highly recommended.

very quick with the paperwork but when i declined my application the phone was put down on me in mid conversation which i thought was quite rude.
