Friendly and efficient staff, going above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agents. They seemed human, with feelings and sympathiesed with our situation. They did everything they could to help us. Thank you Cowell and Norford Rochdale for you service so far, I look forward to dealing with you in the future.

I found Cowell and Norford to be a very professional company and easy to deal with. Ben and Laura were great and were always easy to get in touch with and very helpful throughout the business process. Cowell and Norford got my house rented out quick and I will definitely be using these people again in the future.
