Modern, well stocked gym with lots of new equipment. Knowledgeable trainers. Ben worked out a great personal plan, and put me through my paces. Sounded genuinely interested in how I was progressing. Non gym facilities very good. Would definitely recommend.
I always hated gyms until I was recommended to see Ben at Elitas. He is a personal trainer with excellent knowledge in helping me with all my health issues. He is kind, thoughtful and I trust him not to push me too far. The gym and showers are always clean, nearly always empty so no queuing for equipment. I have recommended friends. No one watches you, they’re doing their own training! This is very different to other Gyms and worth a visit or an assessment if you’re considering a gym.
I’ve been going to Elitas Fitness since 2015 and I can’t rate it highly enough. Ben and David have created an environment where you feel both challenged to work hard and supported to achieve your best with personalised advice. The gym is extremely well equipped and always feels like a welcoming and safe space for everyone.
When we relocated from London at the beginning of 2021 I was resigned to joining a rubbish gym, similar to those I had found while staying with family and friends in other provincial towns. Elitas was a revelation. Ben, David and the team provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere - the equipment is absolutely top class - it's never crowded - always clean - and it attracts men and women of all ages and abilities. I've been working with David for nearly two years now, will be 78 after Christmas, and have never felt better.
Brilliant all round - truly wonderful staff, gym and atmosphere. Highly recommend personal training sessions with Ben. I first came to Elitas back in 2013, then left for uni. When I returned last year I went right back, and he helped me to continue managing a tricky soft tissue condition and brought back so much quality of life.
I've been coming to Elitas for a year now. Previously intimidated by gyms and gym bros, this gym and the welcoming atmosphere it brings has completely changed that. I've worked with David on personal training for several months and I'm in the best shape of my life. Super knowledgable, relatable and always interesting conversation. The only gym that I've ever looked forward to walking through the front door.
I have been coming to Elitas for a few years now and have found the personal training excellent and challenging. I feel it keeps me in a good condition. On top of that the team Dave and Ben make the whole experience very enjoyable. I can recommend .
I recently started training with Ben @ Elitas and I can safely say that I have been extremely impressed with his knowledge, training style and his genuine care about my personal goals and progress. Elitas is an elite facility and one you might be surprised to find in Chichester - it absolutely blows commercial gyms out of the water and offers a much higher standard of service and equipment. At Elitas you certainly feel like a highly valued client and that is something that is rare to find in the gym environment. I personally would recommend Elitas to anyone that is seeking a welcoming, elite environment that will encourage you to achieve your goals.
You couldn't ask for a better training environment. Elitas is equipped with the best quality gear you could find and has procured machines you just cannot find elsewhere. The membership cap creates a friendly but performance-driven atmosphere and ensures that you'll rarely have to wait for the piece of equipment you need. The owners, Ben and David are welcoming, helpful and take a personal interest in the training of each member. If you're serious about your sport, strength, improving your physique or just getting a bit healthier, a membership at Elitas is an investment you won't regret.
