Core Results Chichester is an exclusive private gym providing personal training programmes, gym access and superb classes. With female personal trainers we are also extremely female friendly.

When you become a Core Results member, we guarantee you will see a progression in your health, weight and fitness every week which will accelerate you towards your goals. Core Results guarantee you will be looked after and you will have constant supervision whilst exercising to ensure that you are training safely and efficiently.

I am loving being part of this gym. Paul, Matt and Greg have created something unique. The focus on ensuring form is correct has meant I have been able to get back to lifting without injury. They challenge without being unrealistic. I love that the programmes are tailored to the individual and they change often so it doesn’t get boring. There’s lovely people and none of the ‘do one rep and then sit on your phone’ behaviours that you find in gyms. At any one time the maximum number of people in the gym is 8 so there’s a good level of supervision. The range of equipment is amazing and everything is clean. A outstanding gym with caring service.
Best gym I have ever used. Lots of personal attention, staff assess your fitness standard first and tailor a programme for you. They are very encouraging and give lots of positive feedback. My fitness levels have improved notably in the first two months. I would definitely recommend.
At 68 years old, 26 stone and unwilling to leave the house to go for a walk the biggest challenge was in fact to sign up in the first place. The secret to Core Results is that from my first session I have felt welcomed and put at ease. I was fearful that Core Results would be like many other gyms where shape, fashion and pheromones rule the scene! I needn’t have worried because I quickly understood that it was my well-being, my body, my pace and my goals that were important to my trainer. I have completed 10, one hour sessions now. I cannot honestly say that I enjoy it yet but what I can say is that I can feel a difference, a big difference already. I am going to continue, I have taken out a membership today and I am slowly going to adjust my eating habits, continue to have two sessions a week at Core Results and I don’t think it will be long before I can honestly say, “ I am now doing this not because I feel I should but because I want to and do you know what, I enjoy it!”
Being 60 brings its own challenges, not least of which is to determine what's safe and good in terms of exercise. Paul and his team took me through an initial 2 session assessment to ensure their programme was suitable. A great deal of attention being paid to the weak points one can expect at this age. The experience was very thorough and gave me confidence to get into the programme. Having instructors on hand at all times ensured I was doing it right and not exceeding what I should be doing. All in all, a very positive supportive environment that I would recommend happily.
Cannot rate Core Results too highly. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff who are always alert and available. Never more than 8 people in a session so no waiting while “bodybuilders” hog the apparatus as at other gyms. Everyone seems welcome and treated the same. Long May it continue!
well looked after lovely people who are their for you no pressure putvon you clear goals set out for yourself and I'm nor a gym fan but I am really enjoying this
I think I would last one session in most gyms but I have been coming to Core Results for some years. Why? This gym is small and personal. The instructors are very professional and friendly and the exercises are geared to my abilities and capabilities. The other clients are all very pleasant so coming here to exercise is a positive experience throughout.
Over the years I’ve been a member at many gyms - but CORE is different. I love the fact there’s only ever 8 training at any one time. Paul, Matt, Emily & Greg are very knowledgable and super motivating. I love that it’s age appropriate. You are only competing against yourself. The hours are perfect and I love that you can be in and out in an hour - the best gym ever - would give it 6/5 if I could. So pleased I found your CORE!
Having tried various gyms/PTs locally, I have no hesitation in saying Core Results is the place to go. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and very professional without being overbearing. The set up is extremely flexible, the gym is never crowded and every session feels totally personal. Seriously, don't bother with the rest!
This gym is really special. Fun and friendly atmosphere. There are only ever 8 people training at any one time which means you get lots of one to one attention and never have to queue for the equipment. The routines are hard - they have to be - but not to the point of being unattainable. Its the only gym I’ve been a member of that doesn’t fill me with dread every time I’m due to attend. Definitely recommend !
