Was a lovely place to stay with friendly staff. Very clean. Very comfortable. There was a do on when we stayed and our window opened above the function room but it was not an issue as the noise was a decent level and it finished at a decent time. Would stay again.

We booked a room at short notice arrived well after midnight.They were fantastic so helpful. Rooms were clean and welcoming and the breakfast was filling. Would definitely recommend .

I only stopped one night and first of all I have to say the staff and owner are amazing, really helpful and go out of their way to please, the room was a good general size it had tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided which was nice. But, unfortunately I could hear so much of what was going on about me it kept me up, someone was up at 3.30am so I was shattered the next day, then the shower was so light it was difficult to get the soap off and the sink was in a corner that you couldn't get to. Saying that, I may have been unlucky with my room, so if you are to stay I would recommend asking to see the room first. I think I've been fair with my review, a good night's sleep sets you up for the day. Oh on the up side for the following day, the full English breakfast was spot on 😊

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and I was shocked by the end of it. It started off bad and ended bad as well but the most terrible thing about it was the fact this young girl who didn't look even sixteen was thrown out for using the wifi by an elderly gentleman. Disgraceful behavior. He actually threatened to call the police on her. He should be extremely ashamed of himself. Bad service.
