Always had good service and advice on goods purchased over the years. And the Burslem branch as well

Wonderful experience today looking for a dryer as ours broke, we were met by a very nice gentleman who was very knowledgeable and the prices were better than online! You've got to try here first for all of your appliances, I didn't even know it was here. We were able to walk away with it the same day, didn't have to wait to be delivered as we had capacity in our vehicle and was even helped to the car with our dryer. Excellent and friendly experience  will definitely come back again
