Fantastic service from start to Finnish. Arrived on time fitted boiler in 1 day and left everything tidy. Even came back a week later to double check all is well. I can not fault this company in any way, first class.

Telephoned this company requesting a quote for the instalation of a new Worcester Bosch 30siboiler or updated version, together with the cost and disposal of existing boiler. Assured that MARK would ring me back on 08 February am. No call received time is now 1627 hrs Friday 09 Feb. And remember this company recently received a Sentinel Industry award! Simply Not Good Enough! Bill Rawlingson.

If I could give a minus I would. Asked for quote to supply and fit new boiler, I was given a written one by email following the home visit i requested a breakdown of the costing for the boiler and other parts and labour costs by return email I heard nothing for a number of days. I then received a phone call from the company as a follow up as to how I wanted to proceed. I said I had not received the follow up email with costing. The response was we don't give those details out and the caller said this was because they don't get into bidding wars when people find things cheaper on the internet. Obviously they have something to hide and are perhaps inflating the cost of the parts and labour. Suffice to say I won't be using or recommending them.

Dear Holdcroft Heating We can't thank you and your team enough for the fantastic service we received from yourselves. The new install went like a dream, and i'm sure we will reap the benefits of this new energy efficient system you have installed for us. I don't know how we have managed for so long without it ! The Worcester Wave is a great bit of kit, and the wife and i have already mastered it's numerous settings and programs. We would like to pass on our most sincere thanks to Mark for most competetive quote and in depth explanation of the new system, and to the install team, Leigh, Jack & Shaun for their utmost professionalism and fantastic sense of humour, Oh ! and lets not forget Dave the electrician, what a star !! If only every company was as customer focused as Holdcroft Heating. Brilliant !!!! Once again Thank you very much to everyone involved.

So relieved to find a company and an engineer who honour their commitments. Bob, the engineer, arrived within the promised time slot, undertook a thorough service of the fire, explained what he was doing and provided a number of very useful hints. Could not be more pleased, thank you.
