This company do not stock any TV’s, they take the payment and tell you it will be in stock next week and blame the manufacturer. Don’t waste your time

Take your money and then tell you they have no stock with a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery. Bunch of cowboys.

Warning - do not buy from this company!! They do not stock anything!! Ordered Samsung tv from website with delivery quoted as 3 - 10 days. Bought on 30th July 2017 and received confirmation with 3 - 10 days delivery. 2 weeks later no delivery, no communication. I try to call customer service number, no answer at any time. I email to find out what is happening. Told they left a message (they did not!) and will now be 14 working days for delivery. Finally after returning from holiday on 25th August with no delivery of the tv I requested to cancel the order. Complete waste of time, and worst customer service I have experienced. FYI same tv is available (2 days delivery) on many other sites such as Amazon, Tesco, Currys etc.

Very helpful, friendly and responsive customer service. Even when I had a slight problem with deliver they were more than happy to help and accommodate me. Very impressed with the service.
