They made a visit and checked the current alarm system as it was faulty, followed by a walk round and a chat about what i wanted. I then received an invoice for an upgrade, with breakdown of cost. Great service from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Blackburn Alarms. I really like the fact that they listen to what you want, then recommend a system to fit your needs, at a competitive price.
Brilliant company to deal with. We switched from our old provider who's customer service was massively lacking. Just wish we had switched sooner. The engineers visited to see exactly what our requirements were and provided us with our different options. The work was carried out in a very timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. It was also a nice touch that the engineers fully cleaned up after themselves once they had completed the work. As I said, a great company to deal with and I would highly recommend!
Great service from Aaron and Nico, they worked cleanly and tidily. There was an issue with the equipment they were supplied with but it was sorted out in a day. Now I can get the evidence i require to solve a major issue. I can recommend Blackburn Alarms without any doubt in my mind. Thank you ALL, but especially AARON!!
Blackburn Alarms have been servicing our alarm annually for several years and more recently have installed a new system following the old one becoming aged. They are always friendly, communicative and on time. Reliable, good value and trustworthy.
