Bought a bouquet of flowers for my nanna, paid £40 which to me is more than what I would pay for flowers but I really wanted to get her an amazing bouquet, I am absolutely shocked at them when they arrived I wouldn't have even spent £20 on these! To top it off when I rang back to explain how upset I was the attitude was disgusting, I am so annoyed and wished I had of went elsewhere, waste of money, poor customer service and lets say I will never purchase anything from this company again!

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered flowers for delivery for my wife's birthday today and still not delivered by 4pm. Supposed to be delivered this morning. When I called into the shop they weren't even ready -they hadn't realised today was the 8th! Used them many times before but won't be using them in the future. Going home to a disappointed wife.

Really Fantastic florist I have ordered 2 seperate occasions and got a great arrange of flowers based on my description once over the phone and in store the second time. Will go time and time again for flowers

Exellent service great value and lovely long lasting flowers...found them to be the best in s.tyneside. Wor lass loves them.
