Great service, used their website to pre-order flowers to pick up next day. Everything went smoothly and paid the shown amount (including a priority fee). At the pickup I did not have to wait and was told I was accidentally charged extra. Was offered extra items or a refund. Opted for refund and was refunded to original payment method. Great service, highly recommended.

Fabulous service! Rang from Carlisle Cumbria! To send flowers to my sister to say thanks for all she has done for mum & dad! They also did funeral flowers for mum on Thursday 16th March! Flowers were delivered to my sister within 1 hour of phoning them! Lovely person I spoke to! Thank you! Much appreciated !

Fantastic Service, I spoke with head office regarding an order and had a range of different questions, the lady who was dealing with the order was just brilliant, I can honestly say this is the best flower experience I have ever had.
