This is a very pleasant little park with some good walks and small historical monuments or nods to the local community. It is still a work on progress though, with unfinished paths, the nearby housing development unfinished and tree plantations still very young and not reached full scale. Not much for small children either.

Ideal easy walk. Lots of dog bins, so no excuse to not pick up after your dog! Used by families and dog walking.

Nice park with some nice walks. Some great history particularly the old wooden waggonway that was discovered when the ground was being reclaimed from the old Lambton Coke Works. Unfortunately these have been recovered to protect them.
