First time visiting after being told it was brilliant.nnI have to say, it lived up to the hype. Service was so friendly. It felt like we were regulars. The sit in area was very clean, bright and looked after.nnAs for the food, it was well worth the money and time, I had the Edlington Burger with chips - A battered square sausage, onion rings curry sauce all on a toasted cheese roll. Whoever thought of this needs a medal.nnI will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in Saltcoats. It is a hidden gem.
I've been scranning chippies now for 29 solid year and I had been out with the kids walking all day, STARVING.nnwe were here on holiday and just so happened to end up here and oh my god if I could win the lottery or have this chippy again it would be the chippy there is no other chippy now I'll have to drive 5 hours down the motorway everytime I want a chippy now took me on a pure journey of the best curry sauce and fish ever.nnI ate it so fast I could hear colours and see sounds honestly brilliant chippy
Bought a bag of chips. Sorry but wasn't impressed. They were shrivelled, oily and overall didn't look very appitising. Doubt if I will be back. Pokey wee takeaway bit. Very akward to pay for your food and receive it due to a large, clear plastic barrier between customers and staff. Picked up my chips from the counter and nearly lost them when customers entering the takeaway bit opened the door.
First time sitting in .Staff were very friendly and welcoming.The food was delicious will definitely be back .
Customer service is vile.. Worst service ever! Girl with eyebrows is a cheeky lassie!! Auld woman that took is worse... Go elsewhere people
