Very busy site. Extremely large well signed. One way system in operation heavy plant vehicles operating also. Health and safety is a premium for this site. Good loading and unloading staff very helpful and professional and efficient covid aware. Facilities are OK
Incompetence on a grand scale. Why does it take on average 4hours plus to deliver and reload here when other egger sites can tip and reload in 30 minutes .
Everything is now computerised but waiting to load you can be here anywhere from 1hr to 4hrs, you must sit checking a screen for registration then ur still not going to be loaded, you drive to a waiting zone look at another screen. Why on check in can't they atleast tell u a waiting time?? It is annoying

I am very surprised that Egger don’t make a matching threshold for any of their laminate flooring to make the job look nice. Yet they make matching skirting boards. Now I’ve got to shop around to find a suitably matching threshold
Bought a fitted bedroom made of Egger Perfect Sense Matt lacquered panels, was told it was the best on the market and that it wouldn't mark or damage easy, we paid a premium over other panels for this product. After 9 months the matt lacquer has come off in two places on one panel, showing the whiter gloss finish underneath. Egger says we have damaged the panels when it's quite evident the lacquer has come off the final finish, rather it being chipped or damaged. Also the panels are dreadful for cleaning, i've followed the clean instructions since day one and marks simply don't come off! Would be dreadful if you had a kitchen made in this stuff, avoid Egger Perfect Sense at all costs!
Terrible place long waiting times to get tipped no driver facilities portable loo for toilets as per it is just drivers you cannot get a wash here if you have to overnight
