Couldn't have been happier. I have used Egan's on two occasions. I live in Dublin and my girlfriend works in Limerick. Over the phone , when I called late in the evening, they were friendly and most helpful. The flowers arrived as arranged and everything was as it should be. And most importantly my girlfriend was happy.

Egans provide excellent customer service. I ordered a bouquet online on the day of delivery (which was a Bank Holiday). When the specific stems were not available (given the short notice and public holiday)  I received a text message to enquire as to whether I would be happy with the alternative suggestion; which I was. The bouquet was delivered that very afternoon and my mum was delighted. 
I grew up in Limerick and am now living in Asia, it is great to be able to continue to support quality Limerick business.
